The account area already has a dedicated rewards dashboard. This page makes the program visible before someone signs in.

A customer account gives visitors access to order history, saved details, and their private rewards dashboard.
2. Earn on eligible activity
Eligible purchases and rewards activity can be reflected in the account once the program applies to that customer.
3. Track and redeem
Logged-in customers can view available points, pending points, tier, expiry information, and recent rewards activity.
Rewards are connected to customer accounts. Public buyers and trade buyers can create or use an account, while eligibility for specific rewards activity can be confirmed with the Nepean team.
After logging in, open the Rewards area in My Account to see available points, pending points, tier, expiry information, and recent rewards activity.
Yes. Rewards visibility is tied to the customer account area, so visitors need an account before they can see their personal rewards balance.

Great selection, great prices and service was perfect. The welcoming and service you get when you walk into the business from both reception and storeroom with such a smile from both people i was served by was refreshing and delightful. Ordered a SS Pizza Peel late Thursday night for pickup and received a phone call mid morning next day to inform me that my order was ready for pickup. Such service is so simple but hard to find and I don't expect it with businesses these day but this place does it right.

Seen first hand how this business lies. Seeing as though my sister can't reply to your unprofessional reply. It was your receptionist who was the rude one and also blatantly lied to cover her tracks in public. She specifically told us that you were closing early that day and we wouldn't be able to pick up our order. After we posted the bad review for the customer service, they then decided to ring and try to rectify the problem, only because they had been caught out. Poor service and these people are liars.

Dissapointed because I like the staff here every time I come in they’re friendly and helpful. I had my coffee machine installed today so I was in desperate need of mugs. Neapean hospitality closes at 4:45. I rang them prior and was on the phone telling them my order and they were happy to help. I told them my husband is five minutes away and it was fine because it was only 4:30. Just as my husband was 2 minutes away, the lady told me “unfortunately we’ve closed our doors early”. I asked if they could just wait because he was literally on the street and they said no and if I could pick up Monday instead. I don’t mind if businesses close early at all. The problem I had was everything was going fine and out of nowhere they closed early knowing my husband was only 2 minutes away to pick up the mugs. I’ve spent a great amount of money here for my business and I won’t anymore. This just left too bad of a taste in my mouth.
